On-Campus Nature-Informed Mental Health and Wellness Group

Sign up for a free, fun group to help you destress and reduce anxiety.

Flyer for “Nature-Informed Mental Health and Wellness: A Stress and Anxiety Group,” a 6-week in-person support group free for LSUE students beginning June 16. Participants can choose to attend either Mondays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM or Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Held in the Science Building Room 152, the group combines nature connection, mindfulness, and resiliency practices to help manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Sessions include guided relaxation, breathing techniques, nature immersion invitations, therapeutic group conversations, and stress reduction information. Space is limited to 8 participants.   • Have a history of mental illness
  • Be committed to your recovery, display personal integrity, and treat fellow members and staff with respect and dignity
  • Stop by between 10am and 3pm Monday through Friday
