LSUE is in the process of implementing a new student information system designed to enhance the overall student experience. The new system is powered by Workday and will primarily focus on all activities related to the Fall 2025 semester and beyond. All activities for the Spring and Summer 2025 semester remain in the current myLSUE system so nothing has changed there to be aware of.
What the new system means for students:
- On the LSUE website, students will begin utilizing Workday for Fall 2025 and beyond activities instead of myLSUE.
- Many new and/or improved options will be available for students such as scheduling courses, checking on progress toward degrees, updating directory information, requesting transcripts, and much more
Note: If you have applied for entry to LSUE in Fall 2025, you will receive a "Next Steps" email. You will be able to login to Workday at that point.
While we transition through the remaining Spring and Summer 2025 semesters and on to the Fall 2025 semester, please select on the right of this page accordingly based on which semester activities you are looking to manage.

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to check out the numerous resources and guides available explaining how to navigate within the new Workday system, keep track of your notificaitons and assigned tasks, update your student profile, schedule classes, and much more.
