Phillip DeVillier To Serve as Fall LSUE Commencement Speaker
Louisiana State University Eunice will welcome Louisiana State Representative Phillip R. DeVillier to deliver the commencement address at LSUE's Fall 2024 Graduation ceremonies. Representative DeVillier will give remarks during the 10:00AM ceremony on the LSUE campus on Friday, December 20.
LSUE, LSUA Launch Surgical Technology Program Partnership in Alexandria
LSU Eunice and LSU Alexandria officially unveiled its Surgical Technology partnership with a ribbon cutting ceremony in downtown Alexandria on Friday. The two universities welcomed several local dignitaries and organizations with a tour of the LSUE satellite facility in central Louisiana.

LSUE's Annual URSI Symposium Set For November 15
LSU Eunice will host is annual URSI Symposium on Friday, November 15 inside the Dr. Anthony Mumphrey Center on campus. The Undergraduate Research Summer Institute, or URSI, allows LSUE students to conduct research projects with campus faculty.

LSU Eunice is proud to welcome Dr. Cheryl Frugé as its new Dean of Students, the school recently announced. Dr. Frugé comes back to the Cajun Prairie with years of experience as a counselor at both the collegiate and high school level.
LSUE Fall Enrollment Continues To Soar
Louisiana State University Eunice is continuing its trend of growing enrollment with another record breaking fall this semester. LSUE has established new benchmarks in six different enrollment categories as well as the second largest fall head count in school history - only trailing last fall's total enrollment.
LSUE's Braneshea Moore Wins National Nursing Educator Award
LSU Eunice's Braneshea Moore, an assistant professor of nursing, has been named the 2024 Elsevier Educator of the Year by the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing (OADN). Moore officially receives the honor at the OADN Convention in Tampa, Florida from October 31-November 2.
LSUE Set To Host Trunk or Treat On October 27
LSU Eunice will host its fifth annual "Trunk or Treat" on Sunday, October 27. The free community event is set for 4:30PM-6:30PM inside the LSU Eunice campus grounds.
LSUE To Close Campus For Expected Storm
LSU Eunice will close its campus on Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12 due to the expected path of Tropical Storm Francine. The LSUE administration will continue to monitor the storms' track and severity for any additional updates.
