LSU Eunice Campus to Close at Noon Due To Weather Threat

EUNICE, La. – LSU Eunice will close its campus at noon today, Monday, January 8, due to the threat of severe weather in and around the Eunice area. Forecasts call for extreme winds and the possibility of hail and tornadoes as a storm cell passes through south Louisiana in the later afternoon and evening hours.
All staff and faculty members are asked to communicate with their supervisors for further instruction and information. Academic advising for the spring semester will continue remotely for the remainder of the day.
