LSUE To Host Annual URSI Symposium On October 27

 

LSU Eunice will host its annual URSI Symposium on Friday, October 27 inside the Dr. Anthony Mumphrey Center on campus.  URSI, or Undergraduate Research Summer Institute, allows LSUE students to conduct research projects with campus faculty.

The four research projects will present their findings at 3:00PM in room A-127 during the free event.  The projects include: ‘Correcting Cystic Fibrosis with CRISPR,’ ‘Eco Coin,’ Extracorporeal CO² Removal,’ and ‘The Raw Facts About Manuka Honey.’ 

The URSIU Symposium is funded in large part by SLEMCO and presented by the LSU Eunice Foundation.
