Introducing the LSU Faculty Technology Center

Faculty and staff Moodle/myCourses users have access to the LSU Faculty Technology Center (FTC). The FTC provides individualized Moodle support through ticketing, virtual consultations, and training opportunities. LSUE faculty and staff are able to submit support tickets for troubleshooting Moodle questions and issues regarding teaching tools, settings, and course functionality. This also includes questions around popular features used with Moodle/myCourses such as Panopto and TurnItIn.
