Student Technology Fee Program

Students at LSU Eunice are charged a technology fee in the amount of $5 per credit hour up to a maximum of $100 each semester. Proceeds from these fees are used to fund student technology resources throughout the campus. Each fall, campus departments and organizations submit requests for funding to the Student Technology Fee Committee. This group reviews requests and allocates funding for projects to be completed during that academic year. The committee is composed of faculty, staff, and student members. Oversight of the funds and management of the project is performed by the Director of Information Technology.

All computer labs on campus are refreshed every five years.
The campus subscribes to Smarthinking which provides online tutoring and on demand support for students.
High speed internet connectivity to the Louisiana Optical Network and Internet2.
