LSU Eunice classes at LSUA have been canceled until noon on Wednesday, Jan. 16 due to winter weather conditions. Classes will resume at noon.  All LSU Eunice students at LSUA should follow the emergency procedures of LSU Alexandria.  Orientation scheduled for 10 AM on Wednesday will be rescheduled.

UPDATE: Jan. 14, 2013, 1:00 PM

Due to the rain and the fact that some students and faculty cannot get to campus, late registration has been extended one extra day.  The deadline for adding, changing sections, and late registration is now Thursday, January 17.  Fee payment deadline has been also moved to Thursday, January 17 at 4 p.m.

UPDATE: Jan. 13, 2013, 5:00 PM

At this time the university is open and all classes scheduled will continue as planned.  The university continues to monitor road closures and flooding in the area.

Should the situation change, the LSU Eunice Emergency Notification System will issue an alert.  Please make sure your information is correct by visiting the Emergency Alert Tab in your myLSUE.

Students in affected areas should use their local media for road conditions and use discretion in judging the safety of the traveling to campus.
